Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Your return package must be shipped back within that 30-day window. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories along with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover it.

The following items are non-returnable: perishable goods, swimwear, used or worn items, and any items marked as final sale.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Shipping Information

Once handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. You can also reach us at support@astrilon.com and we'll assist where possible.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at astrilon.com/apps/track123. If tracking updates appear delayed, it's typically due to carrier processing or customs clearance.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100: U.S. Standard Shipping is $6.95 and International Shipping is $8.95. All rates are displayed before checkout.

U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch. International orders arrive within 10–14 business days after dispatch. These estimates exclude processing time.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or collection launches, processing times may vary slightly. If any issue arises, our team will contact you via email before your order ships.

We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply return your original item (within the 30-day window) and place a new order for what you'd like.
